Goosebumps galore. Toyah came to me on the cusp of having to close her business, and feeling very emotional and drained. On the call we spoke about what her in her Big Deal Identity would be doing. Turns out it was something COMPLETELY different. The a-ha moments came thick and fast. She wanted to close her business that felt like a drag, and step into the spotlight as a coach and retreat/event facilitator. Within a week she had made over £5k in sales, had 9 enquiries for a new business model (before any deets had been released) and had a waitlist for her new offer. I can't tell you what a high I'm still on from yesterday! For nearly 3 years I have been running a business without really trusting that I could do it or that what I had to offer the world was of any real value. That means that for nearly 3 years this has felt like really hard work. That for 3 years I have questioned nearly every decision I've made and doubted that I was on the right path. I have nearly given up so many times. But after our session yesterday I can see that all of the dots have joined up. Like everything I've been through over the last 3 years was leading me here, to this work with you. Just sharing my story with you yesterday crystalised so much for me. The pieces suddenly felt like they fit together and the road ahead suddenly became so much clearer. But it's not just sharing my story, it's the way you ask questions and the prompts you share - they stir up my mind and get it to deliver in the best and most productive way.   • You already know there’s a gap. You’ve built something incredible, but more strategy, another mastermind, or a cookie-cutter framework isn’t the answer. Most coaches focus on strategy, mindset, or accountability. I focus on identity calibration—the internal shift that changes how you execute everything else.
